We do! Each of our "mini" pies is about 1/3 of a full-sized pie.

Drop cookies are just what they sound like - we take a scoop of the dough and drop it on the cookie sheet. Roll-out cookies, on the other hand, are rolled out with a rolling pin and cookie cutters are used to extract a shape. After the cookie is baked, the entire front of the cookie is flooded with icing as a base and then a design is piped on with more icing or edible markers.
